Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info — your name and email, from Google Sign-In. Google also sends a link to your profile picture; we do not show, copy or use it.
• Profile details — firm/practice name, ARN or RIA registration number, phone number, and an uploaded firm logo, if you choose to add them.
• Payment info — subscription plan and billing status. Card/UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Demo film — if you press play on the demo film on our website, YouTube (Google) loads the video and may set cookies or collect data under its own policy.
• Usage — which calculators you use, so the product keeps working reliably. We don't track the specific numbers you enter into a calculator beyond what's needed to render your session and, if you're signed in, your PDF branding.

2. Why we collect it

To run your account, unlock the tools your plan includes, put your firm's name and logo on the PDFs you export for clients, process payments, and improve the product.

3. Who we share it with

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage (your uploaded logo).
• Google — provides sign-in (OAuth). We ask for only the basic sign-in details (the openid, email and profile permissions) and nothing else from your Google account.
• Razorpay — processes payments for paid plans.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your client's financial figures with anyone — those never leave your browser except inside the PDF you choose to download.

4. How we use Google sign-in data

When you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name and email address (and a link to your profile picture, which our app does not read or display). We use your name and email only to sign you in and to create and run your SyncWealth account. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone other than the services listed above that run the product for us. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

5. Your uploaded logo

Your firm logo is stored in a file bucket used only to display it back to you and embed it in your own PDF exports. It is not used for any other purpose.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and profile data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

You can view and edit your profile at any time from your account menu, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
